It's All About the Grammar!!!!
There are four strands in language arts: oral communication, reading, writing, and media literacy. This first interactive game that I have provided the link for at the bottom deals with the writing strand.
By the end of grade 3, students will
-use parts of speech appropriately to communicate their meaning clearly, with a focus on the use of: proper nouns for titles, the possessive pronouns my, mine, your, yours, his, her, hers, its; action verbs in the present and simple past tenses; adjectives and adverbs; question words
The Grammar Gorillas website has a beginner level focusing soley on nouns and verbs, and an advanced level that covers all parts of speech. Start with the beginner, and only move to advanced when you feel comfortable with nouns and verbs.
